Cy3-edaADP can be obtained by hydrolysis of Cy3-edaATP. Add the desired concentration of Cy3-edaATP (e.g., 100 μM) to rabbit skeletal muscle myosin (1 mg/ml) in 1 mM MgCl2, 0.2 mM dithiothreitol (DTT), and 10 mM Tris–HCl, pH 7.0. 4°C for 2 h (see Note ). 2.
